Cozy studio apartment in Ravda, on the southern coast of Bulgaria. Studio apartment of 31 sq.m, in a luxury building with an outdoor swimming pool, fenced area (guarded around the clock at the entrance). The house has one entrance, elevator. The apartment is on the fourth floor, overlooking the sea. The apartment has a bathroom (shower stall, washbasin, toilet, shelves and drawers). Spacious closets in the room and hallway. Folding sofa and a single bed. The kitchen is separated from the room, it is in the corner of the apartment. The kitchen is fitted with a hob, cooking hood, washing machine, kitchen utensils. The interior is decorated with lovely paintings and vases. The apartment has Internet included into the price. TV, hairdryer, iron, ironing board. Outdoor furniture: table, chair, dryer.
About the area
Ravda, Bulgaria. Ravda is a resort village, 30 minutes drive from Burgas city and 20 minutes from the airport (Burgas, Sarafovo). One of the tourist centers in Bulgaria. Ravda is situated between two settlements: the towns of Nessebar and Pomorie. A 10-minute drive from the old town of Nessebar (UNESCO site), one of the oldest towns in Europe. The town has several museum complexes, ancient churches from the Byzantine Empire and the ruins from the times of the Roman Empire. Pomorie has the most famous mud baths in Bulgaria. About Ravda
3 minutes walk to the main tourist street with many restaurants, shops and entertainment. The sea is 5 minutes walk away. On the southern bank a few years ago a beautiful park was laid out. Beaches are on both sides of the park. Ravda also has a large water park. Surf schools are on the beach. A shop is 2 min walk away, bus stop is 5 min.
