A one bedroom apartment in a residential complex of closed type "Apollon". The complex is located in the suburbs of Nessebar, a recognized UNESCO world cultural monument, 150 meters from the beach, 3 km. from the famous sea resort of Sunny beach, 25 km from Burgas, 20 km from the airport. In sight is a water Park, one of the biggest in Bulgaria. The six-storey building (with Elevator and underground Parking) surrounded by beautiful architectural spaces, including flower beds and lawns, areas for rest and walks, children's Playground, pool for children and adults, open-air bars and restaurants. On site is a tennis court with artificial grass, in walking distance there are three clay courts and two hard surface. The apartment is on the 5th floor, has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable life (see photo). 4 berths with facilities, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, a Seating area, kitchen furniture with utensils, fridge, microwave, 2-burner cooker, air conditioning.
