Cozy studio with everything you need for life. From the balcony door there is an exit to the street in a beautiful courtyard where you can spend time and have a barbecue. Nearby there is a second studio called Priboynaya, this is for those who come with a company and would like to live nearby.

The Sarafovo quarter, where the studio is located, is popular among people who are used to relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Within walking distance there is a children's playground, a sports ground, a tennis court, outdoor exercise equipment and a spa complex with 5 types of saunas and all types of massage. In the district there are cafes, bars, restaurants, restaurants with national and European cuisine. For those who like to ride bicycles, there is a bike path along the entire coast, which stretches from the Sarafovo quarter to the Central Park of Burgas.
