In case the Host cannot accept the money on the spot, the Host sets 100% prepayment, so as, after Guest's arrival, to receive all the money from V.P.U.T. company. This does not affect the amount of non-refundable deposit.

Residents enjoy sunbeds, beach umbrellas, swimming pool for free. The sea 8-10 minutes walk away.

The apartment has a double bed with orthopedic mattress and 2-seater leather sofa. Air conditioning. Bed linen, towels.

Entrance hall with kitchen for all the kitchen (refrigerator, washing machine, kitchen utensils, electric kettle, toaster), TV with 55 channels (6 Russian). There are children wooden cot (0-3 years) to tenants for free. Rent for others who don't rent my apartment, € 2 per day.

Bathroom: large bath, boiler and WC.

This apartment is located on the sixth floor, the shadow of the Western side, a modern Elevator.

The Windows overlook a quiet square. 50 metres from the complex there is Playground and a volleyball court.

For all rentals over 21 days-Final cleaning free of charge. If less than 21 days - 30 Euro-(not included in the booking price)

Free and secure Parking for guests in the yard.

Close (10 minute walk) is a water Park, supermarket "MM" next to the complex, Harmony Suite is light and music fountain. Our area is upscale, quiet, to the center (the hotel "Kuban") — 10 minutes walk.

Public transport stop — 400 m, bus station — 2 km.

Cable TV (6 Russian channels) and a new washing machine "EYELID 5100 +Y".
