Bulgaria, Burgas, Sunny Beach, apartment in Grigoria residential complex

The complex Grigoria was built in 2008, consists of 5 floors, has a private pool for adults and children. There is also an area for barbecue and a summer house for afternoon tea, the area has lights in the evening, daily security during the year. The complex has all supporting documents on the construction, act 14, 15 and 16.

In this complex the main part of residents are citizens of Bulgaria (65%), Europe (20%), and Russia (15%). Some owners live here every year. Everyone is very friendly and sociable. There is a lift and stairs in the complex. For lovers of sunbathing on sun loungers there is an exit to the roof.

The total area is 73 square meters. 3rd floor. The second sea line. The apartment has two rooms, one of them is a bedroom. Two beds (one with lights), dressing table, armchair, coffee table, wardrobe, nice curtains, loggia, air-conditioning, satellite TV. Kitchen set, dining table, 4 chairs, microwave oven, kettle, refrigerator, stove, washing machine, tableware, kitchenware. There is furniture for shoes and outerwear in the hallway. Bathroom has toilet, shower unit, sink, boiler. The windows overlook the sea. There are ceramic tiles on the floor.

All appliances and furniture are NEW as the apartment has not been rented out, and we had a vacation there only 4 times. THE SEA IS 7 MINUTES AWAY ON FOOT.
