Spacious and bright apartment of 50 sq. m. it consists of 1 room and kitchen, two balconies (one warm — drying, the other cold — to relax from the heat). The apartment is fully furnished. The room has a large white leather sofa, stylish German wardrobe, a Desk with chair, bedside table, comfortable extra roll-away bed (stored in closet). Available Ironing Board, iron, air conditioning, vacuum cleaner, safe. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet, washing machine, Laundry basket, Hairdryer.
The kitchen is equipped with appliances: fridge with freezer, stove (4 burners), oven, extractor hood, 2 sets of dishes, pots, pans, dishwasher, cooker with the function of steaming and baking, kettle, microwave. The apartment has a lot of toys and a bike for the ages of 6-14 years (pump included), yoga Mat, beach umbrella, set of dumbbells for women and a beach tent for children (2 PCs). The apartment is located on the 1st floor, (it is comfortable and the temperature in the room, and not have to climb to the top floor with bags), with two balconies, views of the grounds.
The apartment is in complex Holiday Fort Golf Club, Sunny beach. The complex is located near the famous water Park in a quiet and peaceful location in walking distance to the sea (7-10 minutes).
The complex infrastructure:

- 9 swimming pools, med point, exchange, gym, massage and much more. Nearby there are many green stores, one large supermarket (5 minutes walk), two shops on site.
