Short description

Sunny Beach Hills Residential Complex

Sea. The path to the beach — along the asphalt path (third sea line – by the two residential complexes), really ten-minute walk with a stroller and young children. In this part of the resort, perhaps it is the best stretch of beach. There are areas with paid sunbeds and free spaces between them (without beds) on the beach. Shallow entrance to the sea, sandy, without stones; the sea warms up quickly, which is very convenient for children. If some days the seaweed comes to the beach, this part has the least seaweed.

In the apartment. TV, cooker, microwave, fridge, sink, shower, hot water (private boiler). The windows are on the shadow side, the room is nice and cool, fresh air, there is air conditioning. There is a table, chairs, sofa, wardrobes.

On-site. The complex has well maintained gated area, a large children's pool with a fountain (see on the picture; so there is no, as usual, small shallow part attached to the main pool). The yard has total two swimming pools: adult and children separately. Adult swimming pool with an artificial waterfall — 25 m. Sunbeds and umbrellas free of charge. There is a restaurant (outdoor), children's menu, board games. Children's playground (slide, swing) and fenced sports ground with a basketball hoop. A car can be parked for free almost under the balcony, in plain sight. The area is fenced and guarded.
