Short description

Kalia Aparthotel is a 10-minute walk from the sea. In the center of Sunny Beach. There is a grocery store, fruit & vegetable shops right behind the house. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, each one of them is within walking distance. The place is pretty quiet.

The apartments are fully furnished and have never been let before.

Two-room apartment: a bedroom and a living room with kitchen. Sleeps: the bedroom has a double bed, and a living room combined with kitchen has a sofa bed. Bathroom with a bath.

Kitchen with all appliances and utensils. The apartment has a balcony with furniture.

In walking distance to the water park, the sea and lots of entertainment: a town on water, banana boats and so on, there are 2 small amusement parks.
