Let two-room apartment: 1 floor, in Sunny beach, the quiet center of resort, 300 meters from the sea.

The hotel complex is built in 2012. Decoration of the complex, the furniture matches 4 stars. The second coastal line. The complex features a steam bath with access to lawn, pool, restaurant and gym. The ceilings are 2.8 meters, French Windows is the glazing to floor with access to a green lawn, garden furniture, two air conditioners.

  • Kitchen: the modern design, dark ceramic sink, built-in appliances (cooker with touch controls, large fridge, oven, washing machine). The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils.
  • Bedroom: 14 m2 with a double bed and ortopedicheski mattress, a triple wardrobe with mirror, two bedside tables, dressing table with mirror, several sets of bed linen.
  • Bathroom and toilet: with toilet (6 m2), the room is equipped with boiler for hot water.
  • Living room: 32 m2 has a folding sofa, folding armchair, coffee table, dining table, chairs, large TV W/K.
