Chairite holiday complex is designed in old traditional Bulgarian style with wood and stone exterior cladding. The complex consists of five groups of luxury houses: Moon, Sun, Eclipse, Sunrise, Sunset — names that reveal the main idea of purity, beauty and unity with nature. The complex has a developed infrastructure:

The apartment consists of one bedroom, a living room, kitchen, a bathroom and toilet. Living room tiled with Italian tiles and granite. The bedrooms have the laminate flooring. Bathroom is fully equipped and has ceramic tiles. There is cable TV and Internet. All accommodations are equipped with fire alarms.
