Short description

Surrender one-bedroom apartment on the second floor of the complex "elite IV" in the resort area of Bulgaria — Sunny beach. Apartments are furnished and fully equipped with appliances. Air conditioning in each room. Tableware is available. There are two bathrooms. Terrace equipped with outdoor furniture. Internet on request.

The complex has two pools (adult and children) and Playground. Umbrellas, sun beds around the pool are free. The area is green, covered with a checkpoint regime.

Nearby grocery stores, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants. In addition, there is an outdoor restaurant on site. The sea is 400-500 meters. The best beach Cacao Beach with landscaped, cleaned everyday area, bars and restaurants.

The complex is very advantageously placed between the centre of Sunny beach with lots of attractions and historical town of Nessebar (four bus stops, tour bus or walk). Bus stop is 1-2 minutes walk.
