As homeowners, we signed the Treaty on the policies. Apartment Sun & Sea is located in Sunny beach, in a beautiful, six-storey complex in a QUIET LOCATION. Just a 7-minute walk from the best beach on the coast CACAO BEACH and 8 minutes ' drive to the location of DISCOS and a CASINO. Free Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, swimming pools: adult and children, free Parking, Jacuzzi in pool, sauna.
The apartment is located not on the Sunny side, which is a big plus. Each room has air conditioning. You can make free use of the sauna and massage services for a fee.
The apartment consists of 2 large rooms: living room with large sofa bed and a bedroom with a large double bed. There is also a balcony with a table and 4 chairs. The apartment has Wi-Fi (username and password inside the front doors), air conditioning, microwave, stove with oven, toaster, refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker. The store is across the street.
Includes a beautiful and well-groomed territory of the complex: large swimming pool with a dedicated area for children, Jacuzzi in the pool area, free sun loungers and parasols. The cafe offers hot meals and drinks, a Playground, an organized Parking area for bicycles and personal transport.
Unfortunately, the countertop in the kitchen is not adapted for cutting and hot. Keep this in mind and use boards for cutting and trivets for hot. Oven electric. Please remember: while there is a red letter "H" (HOT), this means that the plate is hot! Caution! If something is unclear — call or send SMS.
