For rent one bedroom apartment. The apartment consists of living room with kitchenette and bedroom. Accommodates up to 4 guests. It has a washing machine. TV. A stove with an oven. Refrigerator. Microwave. Air conditioning. Bedroom and living room with large sofa beds.

The complex is located close to the biggest in Bulgaria water Park, grocery, supermarket, medical clinic, fruit and vegetable bases. A 10-15 minute walk to the lovely beach of Sunny Beach resort. Less than 700 metres from the centre of Sunny Beach, offering a variety of entertainment. But at the same time, the area is very quiet. Great view of the mountains. Very fresh air. By bus you can reach St Vlas 10 minutes to Nessebar 20 minutes from Burgas for 40 minutes (30 km). The bus station is a 15-minute walk away.
