The complex is situated in Sunny beach West, in a quiet location, surrounded by nature, near the stadium of Nessebar. Nessebar is a 15-minute walk away. To the asphalt road 100m from main road 100m, till sea 400 m, 12 minute walk. Wide beach, rolling in the dunes. To the centre 3 bus stops.
