The complex is located in a quiet area of Sunny beach, near the beach "Cacao beach". In the immediate vicinity of the complex has a supermarket, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, within walking distance. The complex has two swimming pools - for adults and children, lots of greenery, children's Playground, Parking.

The bus stop is a five minute walk away. Distance to the beach 10 minute walk. To the center of Sunny beach, about two kilometres away and the town of Nessebar - 1km.

The owner personally greets you and inhabits, as well for additional fee, can meet with any airport in Bulgaria (transfers).
