One loggia opens from the room with a sea view , the other two open from the bedrooms to the courtyard, where there is a view of the "Lunapark".

Comfortable layout for recreation. Two bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins, a washing machine and furniture.

The condition of the apartment is renovated in 2020 : double-glazed windows, laminate flooring, tile, new upholstered furniture, two new bedroom sets, a kitchen corner, tables, counters, air conditioning heating.
