Short description

For rent 3-room apartment on the first line of the sea. Three terraces, with panoramic views.

One loggia opens from the room with a sea view , the other two open from the bedrooms to the courtyard, where there is a view of the "Lunapark".

Comfortable layout for recreation. Two bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins, a washing machine and furniture.

The condition of the apartment is renovated in 2020 : double-glazed windows, laminate flooring, tile, new upholstered furniture, two new bedroom sets, a kitchen corner, tables, counters, air conditioning heating.

The walls of the house: red brick.

WiFi internet is available. The house is equipped with high-speed silent elevators of a new generation. Full autonomy, emergency power supply. Round-the-clock security of the territory of the housing complex and video surveillance.

In the courtyard there is a double swimming pool - adult and children, sun beds.

Developed infrastructure. ATMs, banks, restaurants and cafes. Good transport interchange. Near the bus station. The house is on the first coastline. The beach is 1 minute away.
