Holiday studio apartment No. 3 (45 sq.m) is offered for rent on the second floor, street Republikanska 55 (Sozopol, Bulgaria). The beach is 30 meters away.

The spacious studio apartment includes a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, an LCD TV and a DVD player, air-conditioning, a terrace with urban views, a corner deluxe sofa, which can be folded out and can serve as an additional double bed, a kitchenette with fitted appliances, a washing machine, a ceramic hob, a built-in oven, a cooking hood, a fridge-freezer, a microwave oven, a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, cooking utensils, a dining table and four chairs, an iron and an ironing board, a clothes dryer, bed linen, and towels for all beds.

The bathroom is equipped with high-quality European bathroom fitment and shower stall, hairdryer; a water heater, a safety deposit box, and Wi-Fi are provided.

A cot and a highchair, or an extra bed, and a baby stroller are provided on request. Maximum accommodation is 2+2+1 child on extra bed. The price includes accommodation of four people. Additional guest fee is EUR 10 per day.
