Short description

Two-room apartment from the owner in Saint Vlas, in the magnificent complex Caprice. The living room has a sofa, a kitchen with all the utensils; the bedroom with a double bed. Upon request we provide a baby cot for children up to 3 years.

Air conditioning in every room, balcony with sea views, free Wi-Fi, TV-set with cable television. The apartment has a refrigerator, a microwave oven, an electric stove and all necessary utensils.

The complex has a private outdoor pool. On the lower floors are shops and a gym. To the sea 250 meters.

Important! There are other three apartments available to rent for a large company or a family.

Discounts are possible with bookings for a long time.
