Комплекс "Этера" находится непосредственно на берегу моря в Святом Власе. До яхт-порта, жемчужины курорта и центра развлечений, всего 350 м. Официальное открытие комплекса "Этера" состоялось в 2006 г.

Здания построены в староболгарском стиле, основными элементами которого являются деревянная отделка на белой штукатурке, колоритные красные черепичные крыши, арочные деревянные окна и террасы. 

Особенности:

- экологически чистый район, соседствующий с заповедником

- ухоженная зеленая территория, гармонирующая с окружающей природой
