Spacious 2-bedroom apartment in a small, family-friendly property in one of the best areas of St Vlas, just 150 metres from the sandy beach. The apartment is located on the first (ground) floor, overlooks the green, quiet courtyard. The terrace of the apartment has a private access to the pool. As the property has a total of 13 apartments, the pool is always almost empty.
Description:
The apartment with an area of 95 sq.m. is fully furnished, kitchen with furniture and appliances (refrigerator, cooker, hood, oven, washing machine, utensils), air conditioning. The bedrooms are located in different parts of the apartment.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, overlooks a quiet green courtyard (the main entrance and the road are on the other side of the building), the terrace has a private access to the pool.

Nearby is a supermarket, shops, bus stop, restaurants Siana and Olympus, a café, a playground, children's rides, SPA, etc.
For guests we provide transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. And for comfortable movement around the resort or in the surrounding area guests receive a 20% discount on RENT-A-car.
