An excellent one bedroom apartment in the new Star Dreams Apartcomplex, St. Vlas. The sea and the beach are close. Perfect for a family holiday.
This new and nice holiday complex is located in a quiet and tranquil area of Sveti Vlas, just 100 meters from the beach. Near is the Mercury supermarket and a bus stop. The town center is a 15 minute walk, the Marina Dinevi can be reached within 20–25 minutes. Sunny Beach and the Old Nessebar can be reached for 10–15 minutes by public transport.
This one bedroom apartment is very spacious and offers a comfortable layout. The living room features a sofa bed for two people and a chair-bed, TV. The kitchenette is fully fitted with household appliances (big refrigerator, cooker, cooking hood, oven, microwave oven, washing machine, utensils). Both rooms are air-conditioned. The bedroom includes a double bed and a wardrobe.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has two balconies: the one overlooking the pool and grounds, the other offering views of the neighboring holiday grounds and the mountains. The building also offers an elevator.
On-site facilities include two large swimming pools with wading pools, a restaurant, a shop, a playground, outdoor exercise equipment, massage, round the clock security, reception desk, currency exchange, fenced and landscaped grounds. The entrance to the complex is provided on electronic key.
The Mercury supermarket, a large and modern fitness center, restaurants, a bus stop and a pharmacy are located nearby.
