The complex "Etara" is located on the seafront, close to the beach and 350m from the modern yacht port "Marina Dinevi".

The complex is divided into two parts — Etara 1 and Etara 2. It is comprised of several buildings that form a richly landscaped grounds.

"Etara" is designed in the style of "Old Bulgarian house," with its large terraces, narrow Windows, large eaves, wooden gates, railings and stairs. The complex has two swimming pools for adults and children, beauty salon (massages), hairdresser, gym, shop, two restaurants, bar, Parking.

Two-bedroom apartment is located in the housing 1 apartment 12. on the 3rd floor (no Elevator). The apartment of about 83 sq. m. There are 2 showers, fully furnished, kitchen fully equipped. There is a washing machine.

The apartment is two-sided, with views of the sea and courtyard with pool. In the complex of "Dinevi resort" has its own animation.
