Short description

3-room apartment 84 square meters is equipped with: 2 bedrooms with large living room, dining room with kitchen, washing machine, fridge freezer, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, cable TV, telephone, bathroom with shower, balcony.

Most of our apartments have beautiful sea views.

Just 100 metres from the sea. Outdoor pool for adults and children, sauna, steam bath.

The resort "St. Vlas" – a small village (about 3000 inhabitants), located on the shore of the Black sea, in Bulgaria, is located 5 km from Sunny beach resort and 8 km from the ancient town of Nessebar. Sveti Vlas – a relatively new resort, which has been actively built only after 2000. This is the only place in the region, combining sea and mountains.

In Sveti Vlas is a large Marina, an outdoor amphitheater, where concerts are often given to different stars. The city is relatively quiet — no noise, no dirt, no huge buildings. St. Vlas is the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

Having an excellent location at the foot of the Stara Planina mountain range on the coast of the Black sea, the town has secured a reputation of excellent Spa-complex: here, a special microclimate, which combines soft, enriched with iodine ions in the sea breeze and fresh mountain air. Many vacationers go to St. Vlas precisely in order to heal your lungs.
