The area of the Studio is 42 m2, including 8 m2 loggia.

High 1st floor (view of the Park and the pool).

There is air conditioning, TV, cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, hair dryer, router, set of dishes.

On site: Park, 35х20м pool, pool for children, Playground for children, sports court, gym, table tennis. The complex has a restaurant, a poolside bar. There is Parking (free and paid).

Internet: on-site facilities include free Wi-Fi. The room has a router to connect (Wi-Fi or wired 4G connection). Connection fee - EUR 19/month.
