Studio apartment with an area of 32,49 sq. m., located on the first floor in the complex "sea breeze" in St. Vlas.
The apartment consists of: hallway, corridor, room combined with kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
The Studio is fully furnished. The room has two single beds, table with chairs, exit to balcony, kitchen area equipped with appliances (fridge, stove, range hood, kitchen utensils). The apartment also has air conditioning, flat-screen TV with cable TV and a washing machine. The bathroom features a shower cabin, a cleaning equipment.
