One-bedroom apartment in complex Sun Coast in the fashionable resort of St. Vlas, elite area. Located in the heart of the entire available infrastructure, few steps from the beach.

On the beach: bar, bungalows with comfortable sofas for relaxing. Sunbeds and umbrellas are rented. The gym on the beach. Water sports (surfing, scooter). Beautiful sea, Golden sand on the vast beaches. Shallow, comfortable with very young children. The climate is beneficial (especially for bronchial and pulmonary diseases) due to the combination of sea and mountain air.

The apartment consists of: — spacious lounge with large dining table, a sofa corner with a TV, air conditioning. — kitchen area equipped with everything you need — fridge, cooker, washing machine, microwave and all necessary utensils. — bedroom with king beds.

A large terrace with beautiful panoramic sea views there is a dining table and chairs. Many bed linen sets and towels. Pool under the Windows in the courtyard.
