Two bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of a five storey building with Elevator. Total area 74 sq. m. Apartment with everything necessary for living: refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, furniture, flat screen TV. Kitchen-living room, two bedrooms (one with double bed, second with two single beds), balcony with access from both rooms, view lawn, the Park, the pool and the sea. Spacious WC with shower, three air conditioners.
The complex has perfect location – seafront, on a hill surrounded by woods, between Elenite and St. Vlas, at 200-300 meters from the sea. A great combination of mountain and sea air, views of the sea and the mountains creates a favorable atmosphere for relaxation.
