For rent Studio apartment on the black sea coast of Bulgaria in Saint Vlas. The apartment area is 60 sq. m. Apartment-equipped kitchen area, loggia and bathroom. Located on the fourth floor.

Saint Vlas is one of the youngest and most fashionable resorts in Bulgaria. It is characterized by crystal clear air and picturesque mountain ranges. beautiful beaches, modern hotels and rich infrastructure. The city is located 40 km from Bourgas international airport, 10 km from the ancient town–Museum Nessebar and 5 km from Sunny beach. There is a regular bus service.
About the building: the brick Building, designed in classic Mediterranean style. The house has 5 floors and a total of 30 apartments. The apartment has a panoramic terrace with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The property is 300 m from the sea and 100 m from the forested mountains. Within walking distance to Central pedestrian street with numerous shops, cafes and restaurants, bus stop, medical centre, post office, Bank, currency exchange offices, a Church, a magnificent promenade, a Marina, an outdoor amphitheatre as children's discos and events for adults.
Also provide airport transfer on request: a day for 40 of the lions, in the evening after 21.00 - 50 leva.
