The cozy apartment is located on the sixth floor in Magic Dreams complex. With a large furnished terrace with stunning views of the sea and the Cape with the old Nessebar.
The complex is located in a quiet area between Sunny beach and St. Vlas, about 200 meters from the wonderful beach with the necessary infrastructure and 50 metre accessibility to supermarket "mercury" which at a reasonable price, you can buy everything from food, alcohol and commodities and consumer spectrum.
The complex consists of three separate low-rise buildings in beautiful ethnic style. Surrounded by greenery are two large swimming pools with children's sectors. In the complex: fitness center, summer Playground, games area, SPA centre, lobby bar, restaurant, children's room, store, Laundry, green areas, Parking. The apartment is furnished and equipped with everything necessary for comfortable rest.
In the living room, kitchen, sofa, coffee table, folding chair bed, dining table with chairs, TV with Cabinet. The bedroom has a double bed, spacious wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, air conditioning. The kitchen unit has microwave oven, hob, extractor, kettle, toaster, fridge.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. For the period of the lease the apartment will provide you with a change of bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, crockery, pans, iron, Ironing Board, Hairdryer, TV with English speaking channels and unlimited Internet with Wi-fi access.
When renting an apartment for the entire summer season (June-August) the rent is 2900 Euro for the whole period.
