New, stylish and comfortable apartment in the complex "Sea Dreams", Sveti Vlas. The apartment is rented for the first time! The 1-bedroom apartment is designed for 4 people: in the living room there is a folding sofa, in the bedroom there is a large double bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a large refrigerator. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The terrace offers a view of the pool and a little view of the sea. Unlimited and free Wi-Fi. A washing machine is installed.
The 1-bedroom apartment is located in a new residential complex Sea Dreams (2019 year of completion) on the 3rd residential floor. There is an elevator.
< p>Large territory with a swimming pool. The complex is closed, has 24-hour security. The sandy beach is 300 meters away or 5 minutes on foot.The apartment is fully furnished and equipped: oven, large refrigerator, WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine.
You come to a clean, cleaned apartment, there are no cleaning services. Bed linen plus a change is provided, towels are also plus a change. The apartment has various household items for self-cleaning. There are no toilet accessories (such as soap, shampoo, etc.) and cleaning products, the apartment is self-catering. Upon arrival, a security deposit of 100 euros is charged, which is refunded in full (in case of no damage to dishes, appliances, furniture, etc.) on the day of departure.
