This studio is fully furnished and features large corner sofa (two places to sleep), wardrobe, cupboards, TV. The kitchenette offers refrigerator, stove, range hood, electric kettle, and all necessary utensils. Bed sheets and towels, iron, clothes dryer are provided. The room is air-conditioned.

The property features a private pool. A bar, a restaurant, BBQ facilities, a supermarket, and a playground are within easy reach. Parking.

The property is located in the newest area of Sveti Vlas, a few-minute drive away by car or bus from Sunny Beach. The beautiful bay, where the town is located, stretches from the Old Nessebar to Cape Emine, so the property offers well-developed transport links with regular bus lines to Sunny Beach and Nessebar. The property lies at the foothills of the eastern slopes of the Balkan Mountains and only 150 meters from the beach 1.5 km long. Enjoy a beneficial combination of sea and mountain climate here.
