Quiet Villa with Sea Views - Alen Mak

A villa is located in the resort area Alen Mak (14 km north from Varna) in a natural park between the resorts Sunny Day, Saints Constantine and Helena and Golden Sands.

The plot (1000 sq.m) with garden is located in a quiet secure place away from busy roads and discos.

The property is perfect for a quiet family holiday.

To the right of the villa, 300 meters away is the European-level beach of Sunny Day: umbrellas, sunbeds, bars and restaurants, pools, shallow waters and fine sand.

To the left of the villa, down is the Kabakum Beach: deep sea, coarse sand, cafes and restaurants on the beach, umbrellas, deck chairs. From Kabakum Beach, you can get up by a cable car.

A 30-minute walk is the resort of Saints Constantine and Helena with very beautiful grounds, entertainment, cafes, restaurants, souvenirs, and famous mineral pool with a unique water for treatment of musculoskeletal system, gastrointestinal tract, gynecology, urology, nervous system, respiratory diseases (including asthma).

This is one of the few places in the world where the air has a lactobacillus bulgaricus — the famous Metchnikoff's bacteria for production of sour milk. In this area, unlike southern Bulgaria, temperature does not rise above 33°C. Both roads to the beach go under the canopy of trees. There is a lot of greenery around.

The mineral lake Tuzlata with muds is 30 km north from the villa.

You can invite masseurs to the villa, performing all kinds of massage. Treatment to the method of Australian Dr. Bowen (fascia and tendons) is available — without medicines you can cure many chronic diseases.

The villa of 220 square meters provides a high level of comfort (ceilings 320 cm high, parquet in the bedrooms, and a wooden staircase leading to the second floor).

The villa has two floors, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, accommodates 6-8 people.

The property is built on the German project with a wonderful thermostatic and boiler (adjustable battery), and a fireplace that allows you to live all year round. The house has a sauna. The rooms are air-conditioned. All furniture is environmentally friendly and made from wood on order. The villa also features two large closets and a separate laundry room.

The ground floor offers a shared area (kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace) and one bedroom.

The second floor offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sauna.

The villa also has a barbecue and garden furniture. We offer to our guests Bulgarian red wine, fruits, drinking water, coffee, tea and natural honey from the apiary.

We also provide a set of new clean bed sheets, towels, soap, shampoo and toothpaste.

For a fee, you can order cottage groceries: eggs, goat milk, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, rakia. We do trips to any place of Bulgaria.
