Short description

The villa is located 50 metres from one of the best beaches in Varna, and 3 km from Golden Sands. The villa is situated in a spacious garden.
There is a large terrace with table, chairs and sun beds, with magnificent view of the sea.

Two maisonettes completely separated from each other are for rent, each located on a separate floor with a separate entrance. They can be rented together or separately.

ACCOMMODATION of each maisonette 4 +2 beds

Each penthouse has two levels, on ground level: a spacious living room with kitchen and bathroom. The living room overlooks the terrace with table and chairs overlooking the magnificent view of the sea. On the second level: there are the bedrooms which are two double rooms, each of which has its own bathroom.
