Short description

Уютная вилла расположена всего в двух километрах от курорта Золотые Пески, известного своими песчаными пляжами, ресторанами, кафе, магазинами.
Дом трехэтажный. На первом этаже: холл с удобным диваном, журнальный столик и камин. Спутниковое телевидение доступно для гостей.  Современная, полностью оборудованная кухня: холодильник с морозильником, стиральная машина, духовка, плита, тостер и посуда, столовая со столом и стульями. Большие французские окна с видом во двор, где есть пластиковые лежанки, стол со стульями.
Второй этаж: две спальни с двумя отдельными кроватями, которые по желанию могут быть соединены в двуспальную кровать. С основной спальни открывается красивый вид на сад и море.
В доме две ванные комнаты: одна на первом этаже, а вторая - на втором этаже.
Третий этаж: просторная мансарда с отдельным входом. Оснащена двумя отдельными кроватями, шкафом и ящиками.
