Apartments Eleonas are situated in the suburbs ofNea Moudania, 150 m from the wide sand beach marked with Blue Flag.
The building has 10 apartments that we rent: on the first, second and third floors.
Apartments of class А have a bedroom with double bed (with the exception of 102 apartment with 2 beds next to each other) and a kitchen-hall with 2 additional places for sleep (folding sofa and two sofas). Apartment area is 40-45 sq. m. A balcony (10-12 sq. m) has a table and chairs, with a view on olive woods and mountains or on city and sea. There are 2 air-conditioners and 2 TV-sets (in bedroom and in hall) in each apartment.
Apartments of class В have a bedroom with 2 single beds next to each other (with the exception of 104 apartment that has double bed) and a kitchen-hall with folding sofa. Apartment area is 40 sq. m. Balcony area is 10 sq. m, has a table and chairs, with a view on sea or city. Every apartment has 1 air-conditioner and 1 TV-set in the hall.
Every apartment has hair-drier, safe box, cooker, fridge, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, iron and all the necessary tableware. The windows have mosquito nets.
The household part of the building has washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board for our guests (free).
There is free Wi-Fi in our apartments.
For our guests there is barbecue place and a small playground (with swing for little and not so little children, trampoline) in the yard of the building.
The building is located in the calm area of Nea Moudania. But it is very close to the city and allows to use all the infrastructure of Nea Moudania.
Supermarket, taverns, bars are situated 150 m from the house. Bus stop and museum are located near the building. Besides, there is a tennis-court and excellent playgrounds (not free) on the sea side that run all-year-round.
Bed linen and towel changing, and cleaning are once in five days.
Children's cots and chairs can be installed for our little guests for free. We have baby carriages for hire (1 euro per day).
Arrival time - 14.00, leaving time - 12.00.
