A house of 50 sq.m is offered for rent with a plot (6 acres). Around the house is a well-maintained green lawn with flowers, trees, and shrubs.

1500 metres from the sandy beach with the blue sea. The centre of the popular tourist town with a well-developed infrastructure (shops, cafeterias, taverns, bars, restaurants) is 3 km away (Nea Kallikratia, Sozopoli). 30 km from Thessaloniki Airport; 50 km from Thessaloniki City. The nearest grocery store is 700 metres away.

The property has a large wide veranda around the whole house, a living room, a double bedroom, a bathroom.

The house is fully furnished, with fitted electrical appliances except air conditioners (it's cool without it).

The yard features a summer kitchen and barbecue, separate terrace on the second floor (stand alone) with views of the sea and Olimp Mountain. A children's pool may be provided. Park lot is available. The plot is fully fenced.
