Cozy, roomy and comfortable for guests who are looking for something extraordinary. Apartment with a balcony where you can sit with a glass of Georgian wine, enjoy the beauty and flavor of the wonderful "Italian" yard. Located in the heart of Sololaki old Tbilisi, on the parallel street to Rustaveli Avenue and near the liberty square, at the foot of the Holy mountain Mtatsminda, overlooking the Holy mountain-Mtatsminda, Georgia's Mother, a fortress that attracts tourists.
The apartment is located a 5-minute walk from Rustaveli Avenue. Walking down the main Avenue of Georgia, you will immediately be at the theatre of S. Rustaveli, near the picture gallery, next to which is Kasversky the temple, another couple minutes and you're at Freedom square, where on Leselidze street you can walk down to the old town, visit sulfur baths, the Botanical garden, Sioni Cathedral, bridge of Peace, etc. You will plunge into the atmosphere of the old streets and "Italian" courtyards.
All the way to your destination, i.e. from home to the old town, you can go to the souvenir or any other shops, bars and restaurants, museums and churches
