Short description

Комплекс Эль Берил располагается в одной из самых престижных зон Лас Америкаса — Дель Дюке.  Этот комплекс занимают очень удобное месторасположение — первая линия к самому известному и популярному пляжу Playa del Duque.  Рядом с комплексом находится много ресторанчиков, баров. Коммерческий комплекс Plaza del Duque  в пешей доступности. Также рядом находится красивая набережная, где Вы сможете каждый вечер наблюдать закаты.

На территории комплекса есть два бассейна, настольный теннис, ресторан, минимаркет.

Апартамент состоит из одной спальни, гостиной, небольшой кухни, ванной комнаты и террасы.  Максимальная вместимость — 4 человека. Софа в гостиной раскладывается, в спальной комнате двухспальная кровать.
