Комплекс Лагуна Парк 2 располагается в центре туристического городка на юге острова — Лас Америкас.  Этот комплекс занимают очень удобное месторасположение — к пляжу Сан Евгенио 15 минут ходьбы. В 8-10 мин. ходьбы находится огромное количество ресторанчиков, баров. Коммерческий комплекс Сан Евгенио с продуктовым магазином Меркадонной,  банки, автобусная остановка, туристические информационные центры — все в пешей доступности.

В комплексе есть бассейн с океанической водой, анимация, полупансион, бар, мини- маркет, автобус к пляжу.

Апартамент состоит из одной спальни, гостиной комнаты, небольшой кухни, ванной комнаты и террасы. Максимальная вместимость — 4 человека. Софа в гостиной раскладывается, в спальной комнате одна 2х спальная кровать.

В апартаментах есть все необходимое для Вашего комфортного отдыха:  постельное белье, полотенца,  кухонная утварь,  гладильная доска ,  утюг, фен,  телевизор в гостиной,  микроволновая печь,  электрическая плита,  холодильник,  стиральная машинка, сушилка для белья, телевизор в спальне, сейф.
