Shared area is 12 sq.m. The apartment is located on the fourth floor.

The secured area includes two huge pools, three restaurants, kids room (where you can leave the child for any time), bowling, fitness club, massage and spa treatments, sauna, and three grocery stores. The property includes a private dock, which is not offered by any other property on the coast of Bulgaria. You can moor a private boat or a water bike there.

The apartment includes three zones: two bedrooms, kitchen, and living room. Everything is new: furniture, plumbing, and electrical appliances.
