Short description

Villa Livia is a luxurious hotel complex, which is located at the resort of Ravda, 50 metres from the beach. The nearest bus stop and the centre can be reached on foot in 2 minutes.

There is an elite restaurant with unique cuisine, an outdoor yard adjacent to the restaurant, lobby bar, lift, a wine bar and children's playground. 10% discount in the restaurant for all our guests.

Two-room apartment for rent (bedroom, living room, 2 terraces with furniture, bathroom with shower unit, hairdryer). Apartments have a kitchen set (electric oven, kettle, microwave oven, fridge, dishes), a table, LCD-TV with cable television, two air conditioners, a double bed, a sofa bed in the living room (for two).

If it is to accommodate less than 4 people, the price is less.
Check-in time is after 13.00.
Check-out time is till 12.00.
If we are able to, we can receive visitors 2 hours earlier. If necessary, our guests may check out 2 hours later.
The price includes breakfast (from 21.05 to 15.09).
The rooms have free Internet access.
Cleaning - every day.
Linen change - once in five days.
There is free parking, a lift.
Guests cannot be more than specified. Children are allowed.
