Studio flat right in the center of Sofia, located 200 meters from the President Office and TzUM (central department store of Sofia), 600 meters from Serdika underground station and Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, on a calm street at the same time. The windows and the balcony overlook the quiet inner yard. First floor above the garages, new building, entrance by special chip cards. Total area of the studio flat is 25 sq.m, it is equipped with everything necessary. 2 separate beds sized 100х200 cm each. Kitchen: microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, cooker, refrigerator, tableware), washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, hair-dryer, air-conditioning with summer/winter modes, cable television, Internet. Shower-unit. Smoking is allowed only in the balcony. Bed linen and towels. We speak English, Russian and Bulgarian.
