Short description

The Original Art Center is situated 60 km from Sofia, near the Hemus Highway Sofia—Varna, in the village Osikovitsa at the foot of the Stara Planina Mountains. This art center includes two guest houses.

The first guest house offers three rooms. Each room has a double bed and a shower room with toilet.

This cottage village holds exhibitions of the largest Bulgarian sculptor Paul Koycheva, who in 1999 was included into the list of the 30 best artists of the millennium. Dozens of his works are spread here over an area of 2 hectares.

The Original Art Center also includes a music studio, a cellar with more than 500 types of wines, a small private museum of antiques, and a seating zone for up to 14 people.

Near is Pravets (the hometown of Todor Zhivkov), and the monasteries of Etropole, Glozhene, Vrachesh, Chekotinski.

Twenty kilometers away are the most beautiful caves of Bulgaria: Saeva Dupka, the Eye of God, the Black Hollow. The Little Spark River flows near the center, and there is a lake for fishing and hunting. The village Oskovitsa has the Heavenly Pasture Park — a perfect place for chill-out and relaxation.
