Studio apartment for rent in the gated apartment complex VIP Classic, Sunny Beach (Bulgaria). The property is in a quiet location in the southern area of Sunny Beach, near the center, close to the ancient town of Nessebar. The apartment complex features round-the-clock security and video surveillance. On site: sauna, swimming pool and playground. It is within walking distance to the water park and entertainment center of Sunny Beach. The bus stop is near. The beach is 5-7 minutes walk away. Near is a vegetable market, a cafe-bistro, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, a beauty salon and a SPA, fitness centre, massage, car rental, tour agency, currency exchange (best exchange rate in Sunny Beach), medical center.
