We offer a luxurious one-bedroom apartment with a living area of 73 sq.m. The apartment is located at the resort, 300 metres from the beach, close to Grand Hotel Varna. On site: swimming pool, well-groomed and landscaped yard, and playground.
The property includes a spacious living room with kitchenette. The apartment is furnished with new designer furniture. It was not rented before. The property offers the home comfort of your dreams. The kitchenette is fitted with all necessary utensils: high-quality appliances, cutlery and crockery. The living room opens onto the panoramic loggia terrace (featuring a table and chairs for chill-out). The bedroom is comfortably furnished and opens onto the terrace. The apartment is full of paintings that delight your eye and create a good mood and nice feelings.
Guests can use pool, umbrella, chaise lounge, and the large panoramic terrace where you can sunbathe and barbecue free of charge. Guests also can use an underground parking lot (for a SUV) for a surcharge.
