Short description

One-bedroom apartment for rent in Bulgaria's oldest resort St. Konstantin and Elena are 10 km from Varna. This small resort place is located in a luxurious wooded area. The road to the sea leads through a park with century-old oaks and takes 5-7 minutes of a leisurely walk. The air temperature here is slightly lower than in the south of Bulgaria, so acclimatization is easy. Another specific feature of the resort is the presence of hot hydrogen sulfide mineral springs. The beach is equipped with everything you need - umbrellas, sun beds, cafes, etc.

The house is located in a quiet place, away from the road and the noisy embankment.

The apartment was rented for less than 2 years, is in excellent condition, elegantly furnished, a kitchen corner with everything you need, there is: dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning. Located on the second floor. There is a balcony with furniture. TV, Internet Wi-Fi. Ideal for 4 guests. Pets are not allowed. Supermarket 700 meters away.
