Short description

I rent out a studio apartment for summer (36 sq.m., on the 4th floor) in Royal Palm holiday complex, town of Sveti Vlas. Fully furnished with all amenities, with a small hallway with a wardrobe and a balcony. The room is air-conditioned, has a kitchenette with electric appliances (electric stove, refrigerator, electric kettle) and utensils, 2 sofas, TV, table, 4 chairs, bathroom with shower and toilet.

The complex with the apartment is located 100 metres from the beach. There are 2 chairs and table, and drying rack for balcony.

Vast areas of greenery make the complex comfortable, inviting for relaxation. There are playgrounds, cafes on the territory. The view from the apartment is at the neighboring complex and the mountains. Close to shops, restaurants and cafes. A 10-minute walk is Mercury supermarket.

The apartment is available from May to September!

The town is surrounded on one side by coniferous forest, on the other side by the sea. It creates a microclimate very beneficial for people suffering from lung diseases.

Perfect for families with children!

I personally meet you at the airport and drive to the complex, accommodate, make you familiar with the territory and infrastructure.
