Short description

The apartments are located on the first sea line. The residential complex is situated on the northern part of Sunny Beach resort at the border with St Vlas. All the infrastructure is near: shops, medical center, restaurants. The apartment has all the amenities, is fully furnished and equipped with domestic appliances (microwave oven, electric cooker, washing machine, fridge, iron), Wi-Fi/satellite TV, child's cot. Every room has its own air-conditioner. There are two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom. The area has a good children's playground with a swimming pool, a huge swimming pool for adults a beautiful garden, restaurant with great cuisine. The residential complex is ideal for family vacation, and has a great advantage - there is a picturesque road for Sunny Beach across the park. Plus - restaurants at the beach (15-minute walk). The price depends on the period of rent.
