Studio apartment from the owner at the seaside in Bulgaria, living area of 36 sq.m in FORT NOKS, Crown Fort Club, located between St Vlas and Elenite. The property is situated in the unsurpassed beautiful and unique location at the foot of the Balkan mountains, close to a sandy Robinson Bay — a beach on the Black Sea coast — 150 meters to the sea, a great place to stay.

The apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator), fully furnished, air-conditioned, kitchenette with all necessary utensils, an electric cooker with 4 burners, large refrigerator, washing machine, microwave. The hallway has a large wardrobe, a dining table and 4 chairs. Facilities include an iron, ironing board and clothes dryer.

Cable TV, DVD player; Internet for a fee. Large balcony with views of the sea and Old Nessebar (with plastic furniture).

The studio apartment accommodates 4 people: a comfortable sofa bed and two new single beds with orthopedic mattresses, bedding and towels are provided. The property features 17 free swimming pools for kids and adults, including pools with artificial waves and a water slide; sun loungers by the pool for free.
